Get to know us a little better
We know our products aren’t cheap, so we’ve answered three questions that we hope will help you decide that we’re a good fit for each other.
If you’re still unsure about us, please contact us.
Who is ErgoTune?
We’re a close knit team of go-getters in Singapore. We’ve been building quality workspaces for almost a decade. To be honest, our return and warranty claims rate is pretty low, so we’re quite sure our customers are pretty pleased with us, and we’re pretty pleased about that.
Are our products white label/OEM?
Nope, our products are wholly ours. We do our own R&D at our facility in Singapore, not far from our showroom (but you can’t visit the facility because secret stuff is happening).
We manufacture our products in all over the world. Our fabric is woven in Germany, and our gaslifts come from South Korea, for example. Then, as each shipment arrives on our shores, we check thoroughly to make sure everything is up to our standards.
I'm a little worried about purchasing...
We understand. That’s why we have a generous warranty policy. We’ve also got a 21-day return policy, so there’s less risk. We’re quite sure you won’t be returning our products though, which sounds a bit cocky (but it’s true).
